IMPORT MELAMINE FROM CHINA TO INDONESIA

  2. Invoice List
  3. Certificate of Origin
  4. API
  5. NIK
  6. Registration letter of Environment departement of Indonesia ( B3 Regstration letter)
  7. SIUP
  8. TDP
  9. NPWP 
if your destination ( POD) in Balikpapan, and then there is no vessel directly go to there, usually liner will request several document of transhipment freight for submit to indonesia Custom (B.C 1.2) :

  • Packing List
  • Invoice List
  • API
  • NIK
  • COO

TAKING DELIVERY ORDER CONTAINER

Since you have import from aboard to Indonesia, one step you will do is taking Delivery Order Container from Liner,  hereby we would like share how do take DO container from liner :


A. ORIGNAL BL TYPE :

  1. Provide Original BL that is already signed and stamped by receiver (consignee), as it appear in the Original BL
  2. Provide letter of authorization from the company for direct consignee
  3. Provide letter of authority to take DO from receiver with stamp IDR 6000 if using third party and also provide letter of authorization from the third party
  4. Provide  letter of guarantee Container no need for SOC Container
B. RELEASE DO USING TELEX RELEASE

  1.  Provide Photo copy of Telex Release and copy of original BL
  2. Provide letter of authority from the Consignee name in the BL with stamp IDR 6000
  3.  Provide letter of authority from the consignee which is listed on telex release with stamp IDR 6000 if using third party and also provide letter of authority from third party
  4. Provide letter of guarantee container. no need for SOC container

REDRES CONSIGNEE IN INDONESIA

Sometimes we do import shipment cargo have situation that we have problem about Redres Consignee, which  consignee name include address consignee in BL (Bill of Lading) not similiar with Packing list, Invoice list and other document of import. this accident will efffect with  rejected by customs of indonesia. hereby i would like share how do problem solve about Redres consignee, Check to shipping line that when liner will arrival to destination. if liner not arrival to destination yet,  you can revise bl by shipper order to liner for revise. but since liner has arrival to destination you must extra jobs :


a. Please provide Packing List, Invoice list, NIK, SIUP, TDP, NPWP.
b. Please provide permit letter, authory letter and job letter.
c. go to liner, order to revise bl and make declaration letter that consignee name and address is wrong type, other than pls print BL
d. go to customs of Indonesia ( Manifest Dept)  with bring all import document include permit letter.

if you don't know about import process, you can order to your forwarder to take all redress consignee process.

Ketika Importir melakukan import barang berupa Alat Kesehatan maka yang perlu di perhatikan adalah syarat kelengkapan Dokumen Import ketika Custom Clearence, terkadang importir kurang memahami bahwa import barang alat kesehatan sedikit berbeda dalam kelengkapan Dokumen sebagai persyaratan import, berikut persyaratan kelengkapan import yang harus dipenuhi oleh importir alat alat kesehatan ketika melakukan Proses Custom Clearence import di Arean Pabean :
