hereby i would like share about defining criteria import customs of indonesia :
RED LANE, is the process of care and supervision of imported goods by physical inspection and document research conducted prior to the issuance of Letter of Approval Expenditures (SPPB);
GREEN LANE, is the care and supervision of imported goods with no physical examination, but done the research documents after the issuance of Letter of Approval Expenditures (SPPB);
YELLOW LINE, the process of service and supervision of imported goods with no physical examination, but do the research before publishing the document SPPB;
LANE MITA Non-Priority;
Priority MITA LANE.
Criteria Red lines:
Importers new;
Importers are included in the high risk category (high risk importers);
Temporary import of goods;
Goods Petroleum Operations (BOP) class II;
Goods re-imported;
Subject to random inspection;
Certain imported goods are set by the Government;
Imported goods are included in the high-risk commodities and / or come from high-risk countries.
Criteria Green lines:
Importers and importation are not included in the criteria in the criteria on the red line
Criteria Priority lines:
Importers that are designated as Priority Line Importers
Customs Examination:
Red Line research documents and physical inspection of goods;
Green Line is only done the research documents;
Priority lane no Customs Examination conducted on red or green pathways.
