A. USER SERVICES :
- Applying for enclosing Container Delivery
- DO original Valid
- SPPB from Indonesia Customs ( Original and Copy file which user services is know)
- Letter of authorization from the owners of the goods
- cash money
B. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
- after checked document and calculated charges, financial officer receive field cost services and publish memorandum of paid
- Operation import dept print SP.2 and deliver to user services ( based on memorandum of paid)
- User services give SP.2 to the truck driver toward gate in Import
C. GATE IN EXPORT
- Officer gate receive SP2, doing check and entry gate In
D. CY OPERATION OFFICER
- The driver go to container location, and give SP 2 to Tally
- The Tally ask equipment operator Lift On container listed in SP2 to Truck
- Record the activity on Tally sheet and SP2
- give 1 copy of SP2 to driver truck
E. TALLY OFFICER
- Based on Tally sheet report and the SP2 file, tally officer entry data to system (CITOS)
F. GATE OUT
- After Checked the container, the driver go to gate out import
- Gate officer check the container based on SP2 and condition container (if needed)
- confirmation gate out.
