Since you have newly API and NIK ( import license) and then you import cargo from aboard to indonesia, suddenly when import clearance processing in Tanjung priouk port, Indonesia custom info that respon is reject beacuse regulation API n NIK ( trade ministary of Indonesiat), it's mean your API and NIK was blocked by Indonesia custom. you have problem and need several times to solve your trouble. how do solve this problem ?. hereby i would like share information step by step to open blocked of API n NIK :

1. Provide several document such as : application letter for open blocked API n NIK (1 original and 1 copy), TTP-RK(Tanda Terima Permohonan Registrasi Kepabeanan) , NIK (copy), API (copy) if needed.
2. Go to head office of indonesia custom.
3. Go to The Open blocked of NIK division/department in Indonesia custom office
4. Submit the document file to The Open blocked of NIK Division
5. Request to open blocked of NIK
6. you will get signature or evidence that your API n NIK has openned by Indonesia custom.
