When we doing export shipment by sea freight, we must provide several document for Customs :
- PACKING LIST INVOICE
- SIUP
- TDP
- NPWP
- SHIPPING INSTRUCTION
- After we provide all the documents for Customs, please booking Shipping line with Shipping Instruction which we have provided it. and then order to your EMKL or PPJK to make PEB EDI and NPE soon.
- after you get respon from Shipping line, the shipping line will give you DO Container, and please order to EMKL to Take the Container for Stuffing in your place.
- after PPJK getting respon from Customs, please send PEB EDI and NPE to EMKL for fiat.
- when stuffing process is finish, submit PEB EDI and NPE ( has fiat) to EMKL for ship container to export port with PEB and NPE together.
- in moment together, Send Finally Shipping Instruction ( include Container Number and Seal, PEB EDI, NPE) to Shipping line soon
- when you get Draft B/L, please do correction and cross check your data in Packing list Invoice.
- if Draft B/L ok, your cargo ready to export.
- When you get Original B/L, please send several document Original B/L copy, Packing list and Invoice list to your client for import customs in overseas.
