Since you have project shipment from Vietnam (ho Chi minh), Vung tau city to Samarinda port or bontang port by sea freight, you must prepare freight routing from vietnam to samarinda and import clearance processing in indonesia, because as we know, there is have no directly freight routing from vietnam to samarinda, this shipment must transit in Surabaya port, and do clearance process (import permit) and then use local Liner to arrange from surabaya port to Samarinda port. since cargo has arrived in Samarinda port, cargo will be imported process for customs. Hereby several document will be needed for import freight from Vietnam to Samarinda :
- Packing list n Invoice list (Original) from Shipper
- Bill of Lading from Shipping line (International Liner)
- Guarranty Letter from Consignee
- Authority letter from Consignee
- Certificate of Origin from shipper
- Bill of Lading from Local Liner
