HOW DO EXPORT TO DILI

Since you have export  from Jakarta to DILI ( East timor) by 20 FT with door to port services, you must prepare several step and doing plan below :

• Prepare and Provide Invoice and Packing list of the cargo
• Provide Shipping Instructionin
• Provide Receiptn letter
• Provide SIUP TDP and NPWP
• Provide Undername ( if needed)
• Provide Fumigation (if needed)
• Good Packaging of the cargo

Doing Plan :

• Booking the shipping line with Shipping Instruction you have provided before
• Booking EMKL with Shipping Instruction you have provided before
• When you got Schedule of the vessel and booking Shipping line is confirmed, order to EMKL to take the container empty and doing Stuffing in Shipper place
• Submit Invoice packing list to EMKL for Input PEB EDI and NPE
• Submit Receipt Letter to EMKL for stuffing the cargo in Shipper place
• when the cargo must fumigation, doing it in Shipper place
• when PEB EDI and NPE has respon and finish submit it to Shipping line and bring this document together with the entry of container into the Container UTC region in Priouk.
• Container ready to bring to up the vessel

FLOWCHART EXPORT PROCEDURE

Flowchart Kegiatan Kepabeanan di Bidang Ekspor :







KETERANGAN:

1. Eksportir/PPJK menyampaikan PEB disertai dokumen pelengkap pabean ke Kantor Pabean di pelabuhan muat ekspor.
2. Pengecekan dokumen meliputi:
   • Ada atau tidak blokir eksportir/PPJK
   • Dokumen pelengkap pabean
   • Kesesuaian PEB dengan dokumen pelengkap, bukti bayar PNBP, bukti bayar Bea Keluar (dalam hal terkena Bea Keluar)
     -        Jika lengkap dan sesuai dilanjutkan pengecekan pemenuhan persyaratan (lartas)
     -        Jika tidak lengkap dan tidak sesuai diterbitkan Nota Pemberiathuan Penolakan (NPP)
3. Penelitian dokumen selesai dilanjutkan dengan pengecekan pemenuhan persyaratan larangan dan/atau pembatasan (lartas):
   -        Jika sudah dipenuhi diterbitkan NPE
   -        Jika belum dipenuhi diterbitkan Nota Pemberitahuan Persyaratan Dokumen (NPPD)
4. Penelitian dokumen dan ketentuan lartas selesai dilanjutkan dengan pengecekan perlu/tidak dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik:
   -        Jika tidak dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik diterbitkan NPE
   -        Jika dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik diterbitkan Pemberitahuan Pemeriksaan Barang (PPB)
5. Pemeriksaan fisik barang ekspor:
   -        Jika sesuai diterbitkan NPE
   -        Jika tidak sesuai, barang disegel dan diteliti lebih lanjut oleh Pejabat Pemeriksa Dokumen Ekspor (PPDE)
