UPGRADE API FOR IMPORT SHIPMENT

when you will import cargo from aboard to Indonesia by sea freight. please make sure that importir has update API (Angka Pengenal Import) in 2013. because importir will be rejected by indonesia customs since still use old API for import clearance. based on rule ministary trade of indonesia number : 27/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 and then been changed 59/M-DAG/PER/2012 and 84/M-DAG/PER/5/2012, all API must update or upgrade again, and this applicable begin on April 01 2013. 

if your API has uptodate, you must change and upgrade your NIK ( nomor identitas kepabeanan) because API has connected with NIK.

RE EXPORT FREIGHT SERVICES

When you  have import shipment by air freight about up 100 KGS for general cargo, and then you nothing have import license such as API,NIK,SIUP,TDP,NPWP etc. or you have no one more import doc completely, you must do something for your shipment because you are trouble position in import clearance. for this situation you can do something for solve this problem in your shipment :

• Check your shipment to airline or courier cargo, is they has submit manifest or not to indonesia custom
• since they submit it, check to them, are they have submit PIB to Indonesia customs
• if they have no submit PIB yet,  you can take one of more several solution for your shipment, it means you can do Re export your cargo comeback to origin country / places.
• please provide Airwaybill, pertition letter for indonesia customs
• please provide several reason why you do re export for your cargo.
• several reason can submit to indonesia customs : a. wrong request Purchase order, can not import because import regulation is changes, broken, can not fullfill import requirement  based on import regulation and wrong ship.
