SETTING IMPORT DOCUMENT

when you get Redline status in import clearance process by sea freight, you must submit several docs to customs.you must exactly to setting import docs it, or you will get reject respon from Customs. Hereby we would like share how do setting import docs for input to customs :

• Please provide folder 1 pcs
• outside of folder please give marking code : RESPON SPJM
• Inside folder of left ( top-down), please prepare several docs such as : Surat Tugas, Surat Kuasa, Skep Importir, SSPCP,Invoice, Packing list, House BL, Master BL, Insurance polis, L/C, COO
• inside folder of right (  top- down) please prepare several docs such as PIB, Lembar Lanjutan PIB, DNP,PO,Sales Contract, Bukti Pembayaran.
